Content & Community Assistant

The role

We are looking for a Content & Community Assistant to handle execution across social media and written communications. In this junior role, you will write high-quality copy for Social Media posts, Websites, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns while managing the daily operations of platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. A key part of this role involves creating detailed briefs for our creative team and ensuring all output is error-free and on-brand. We need a highly organized individual who can manage multiple accounts in ClickUp and maintain a consistent publishing schedule without constant follow-up. You will also handle community engagement by responding to inquiries and tracking performance metrics to help refine our digital strategy.

Role description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content

  • Write copy for social media, websites, newsletters, blog posts, and campaigns
  • Produce content briefs for the creative and video team before any project begins
  • Adapt content across formats and repurpose material for different channels
  • Proofread all content for errors, tone, and consistency before it goes out

    • Social Media and Community

  • Manage day-to-day activity on assigned social accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others)
  • Publish content on schedule and maintain a consistent content calendar
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly reporting

    • Operations

  • Log and manage all tasks in ClickUp with accurate statuses and deadlines
  • Coordinate with the creative team by providing clear direction on visual needs
  • Support event coverage, trade mission content, and campaign rollouts as needed

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Education

    A degree in Mass Communication, English Language, Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are both welcome.

    Skills

  • Strong written English with good command of grammar, tone, and structure
  • Experience managing social media accounts across at least two platforms
  • Ability to write for different brand voices and audiences
  • Comfortable reading platform analytics and drawing simple conclusions
  • Familiarity with a scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) is a plus
